3. Booking & Consults
• All virtual consults must be paid in full before confirmation.
• Consult slots are non-transferable.
• If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
• Missed appointments without prior notice will not be refunded.
• If you’re booking from outside Nigeria, kindly pay in USD to avoid payment issues.
• Follow-up sessions may be recommended after your initial consult and should be booked separately.
4. Digital Products
All digital products (ebooks, trackers, templates) are delivered instantly via email or download link. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once accessed.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including ebooks, templates, trackers, and digital downloads, is original work owned by Dr. Onyiibekeh.
You may not:

Follow-up consults may be booked separately after your initial appointment. These are treated as new sessions and billed accordingly unless otherwise stated. No ongoing care is implied unless agreed upon during your consult.
12. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel consults or product access to individuals who violate our terms, misuse our content, or behave abusively toward staff.
