About Consultations

Q: How do I book a consultation?

Visit the “Consults” page and select your session type. You’ll be guided to make payment based on your location (local or international), then redirected to choose a suitable date and time.

Q: How long is a session?

Typically 30–40 minutes.

Q: Can I book a follow-up without a previous consultation?

Follow-ups are only for returning clients who’ve already had a full consultation with me.

Q: Will I need tests or prescriptions?

If clinically indicated, I’ll guide you through it and recommend the most accessible labs or services.

Q: What currencies can I pay in?

Naira (₦) for clients based in Nigeria. USD ($) for international clients or Nigerians in the diaspora.

Q: Is it only for women?

I don’t discriminate! All genders are welcome.

Q: Do you offer refunds for consults?

Digital products and missed consults are non-refundable. Please read the no-show and reschedule policy below.

Reschedules + No-Shows

Q: What if I’m running late?

There’s a 10-minute grace period. If you’re more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be marked as a no-show.

Q: What if I miss my appointment?

Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable. However, if you give 24–48 hours’ notice, you can reschedule once.

Q: Can I reschedule?

Yes. Email booking@onyiibekeh.com with your name and booking details.

Q: What if I miss multiple sessions?

Clients who miss more than one session may not be able to book future consults.

Digital Products (eBooks, Templates)

Q: Are your ebooks instantly downloadable?

Yes, once your payment is confirmed, you will be redirected to a download link or one will be sent straight to your email.

Q: What if I don’t receive my ebook after payment?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. In the unlikely event that it’s not there, reach out to support@onyiibekeh.com with your payment receipt(s).

Q: Do you offer refunds for digital products?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
